The following are the minimum Philippine visa requirements:

Duly accomplished Visa Application Form (can be filled out at the office)

One (1) recent colored ID photo/passport size (4.5 cm x 3.48 cm)

Passport / travel document (valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines)

Confirmed round-trip tickets (for return or onward journey to the next port of destination)

Travel insurance certificate (one (1) original and one (1) photocopy)
E-travel authorization is required for all travelers entering and departing the Philippines.
Additional requirements may be requested depending on the purpose of stay in the Philippines and the applicant’s residency status in Vietnam (e.g., permanent resident, foreign worker, or investor).
